I'd get the Triple Paste it is $$$$$, but it is SOOOO worth it. Put that on, then next change, put it on again and put A&D on top of it
Can you let him air out too? Fresh air helps too

are you sure its not yeast???? If so you can open a few capsules of acidopholus and sprinkle that on....

go to the ped!! this happened to DS and i assumed it was diaper rash. it turned out to be a yeast infection. 2-3 days on medicine and it was fully healed. the poor baby had it for a few weeks before i took him because i thought it was a regular rash.
triple paste and all those other creams never work for my kids. vusion cream (prescription) is amazing.

Try Aveeno Baby oatmeal bath...it's a little packet you put in the tub and keep him in there for about 20 min. It works wonders on DS eczema. And than after put tons of buttpaste on it.

He's a little better. We loaded him up with Aveeno cream. Buttpaste has never done anything for him in the past.
I know it's not a yeast infection. My in laws were watching him all day yesterday and i *think* jacen pooped in the morning and no one changed him before his nap. When my MIL changed him when he woke up from his nap, he had poop in his diaper and an instant rash all over the place. He didn't have the rash when i changed him in the a.m. before dropping him off... so... that's what we think happened.
He's doing better, but i felt so bad for him last night. You could tell how much it hurt him when he walked or bending over.
