Some things I've learned over the past 6 weeks...
4am is not that bad (shhh don't tell DH!)
There's not a whole lot you can do to distract a newborn when they're upset
I've actually accidentally left the house without brushing my teeth! 
Sometimes multi-tasking means filing your nails while in the bathroom
A 6 week old can suck hard enough to give you a hickey!
The real meaning of 24-7
What breast milk tastes like
I actually don't mind being puked on, even when it goes down my shirt!
The view from the playmat is pretty scary...!
I can talk to my baby for hours
DH and I can spend an entire dinner talking about the way DS lifts his eyebrows
It's hard to imagine that the smiles, the nuzzling, the little arm around my neck are not intentional - I like to pretend they are
