Nervous - 13 weeks and spotting
Im waiting for the doctor to call me back, but last night I noticed some brownish spotting when I wiped. Its been going on for a few hours now. I also feel a little crampy, but i've been on and off crampy the entire pregnancy. Anyone else have anything like this at this point in their pregnancy? This dr can't call back quick enough! I'm so nervous.

I didn't spo, but was crampy. I have had friends who spotted from time to time....my advice is not to worry  Wait until the dr. calls u back and then take it from there. He/she might want u to come in for a sono :) Good luck and keep us posted

I bled heavily at around 12 weeks with both my kids. They said it was implantation bleeding. Try to stay calm & keep us posted.
