spotting and cramping at 5 weeks
Hi im sorry to ask this but im wondring if i should be concerned,Im at the 5 week mark and i would like to know if spotting (light,hardly there)is normal as with mild cramps (not painful) are normal,im asking this before i see my doctor

some women have this throughout their pregnancy... but i would make sure you go to the doctor just to put your mind at ease.

Sorry to be so blunt but if it's brownish it's probably just old blood and if it's red I would make sure to see the dr even though that is normal for some women as well. Usually women have some brownish spotting and even period like cramps in the beginning. The uterus is growing and stuff and can cause all sorts of weird feelings. HTH  Oh yeah...CONGRATS!!!!

I had mild cramping and spotting throuhout mt 1st tri. Usually if there isn't red blood or severe cramping you should be ok, but it can't hurt to check with your OB.
