It's happening so quickly...UPDATE 6/18
So, we signed with a RE Monday night after much back and forth. Decided to put it up and see what happens - knowing, until we sign a contract, we can always withdraw our listing.
Went on MLS yesterday and the photographer is coming today to take pics. We were up half the night hiding boxes, organizing and scrubbing.
When I left to bring DS to daycare this a.m., the guy came with the for sale post  I cried a little. Damn hormones.
I called the RE to confirm the photographer and she said she's at my house showing it already. Holy cow! The RE open house is tomorrow and real open house Sunday - I didn't expect anyone to be looking this morning - the day after it was on MLS!
I know that's a good thing, but it's moving so quickly for me!

UPDATE: RE open house was this afternoon and there are 3 appointments (2 tonight, 1 first thing tomorrow morning) set up already

UPDATE 6/18: Got our first lowball offer yesterday. Buyer is paying cash so she thinks she can get a deal - but that means nothing to me right now 
Anyway, we're going ahead with another open house this weekend but have pretty much gone BACK to the idea of just adding a bedroom for  for now.
Most indecisive couple in the world goes to me & DH!

awww....i think i would feel that way too! i was so sad when we left our first apartment - i was practically in tears when we left hahaha - and i know i'll be that way when we move out of our current place - i can't imagine it being "my house" i am sure you get a lot more attached....

When we put our house up, we had a few people come within a few days of the MLS ad being put up! I wasn't expecting that!
Your house is beautiful and from the pics, it shows very well. You will have a ton of people over there, I bet. A lot of the stuff listed today is older looking and completely outdated, so any house that looks great in the pics, people want to see it.

Hey, RE said 11 couples/groups came to the Open House on Sunday. A few good potentials and one who wanted to make an offer but has a co-op to sell so we know how that goes. She had another showing this afternoon - not sure how that went. So, so far 5 private showing and the open house. We'll see. Honestly, if nothing happens, we'll do another open house the last weekend of June, wait a week or so, and then pull it. I don't want to get into being on the market too long - it's exhausting keeping the house this clean

aww good luck! i know what a PITA open houses are but you never know 
although it is a buyer's market, you have the upper hand b/c you don't *have* to move.

About 16 %.
wow. i think the lowest we offered was 9% below asking! and we thought that was so low!
