OK, I bought them today. Thanks for the recommendation! The directions say that you can use it any time of the day as long s your hold your urine for 4 hours prior to testing. Can I use it in the am when I just wake up? I thought i read somewhere that it is best to do in the afternoon, but it would be definitely easier to do in the am. TIA!
