 DS' Bday is 1/15...His party, is planned for tomorrow.
Been watching the weather all day.
Having some hope, that the channel 7 guy is correct in saying the heaviest will be overnight.
As of now, it's still on since we are starting it in the early afternoon.
Im sure we'll get some calls in the AM, but, Im hoping not everyone cancels.

Awww... if it makes you feel any better my birthday is in July and it always stunk b/c I never got to have my "birthday party" in school and pass out cupcakes like the other kids did.

I completely feel your pain. My b-day is 1/17 and my parties were always ruined by the snow. Now my DD, 1/6, is going through the same. We had people not come to her party yesterday because of the snow.

My b-day was Thursday and while I LOVED the snowdays on my birthday, I didn't like having to cancel parties which is what happened YESTERDAY!!! I was supposed to have a mini gtg with my mom and then the il's were supposed to stop by. We're trying for next week, but Julz, I hear ya!!!

I feel your pain! My birthday is January 26th.....I never had too many parties cancelled when I was younger but that's b/c I seriously can only remember having 2 parties ever (where friends were invited) when I was a kid. As an adult I've had plans disrupted quite a few times b/c of bad weather for my b-day. I guess I can be happy that my baby to be will be born in August or September!
Hope it turned out ok anyway!! Happy belated birthday!!

When I was younger, I cannot tell you how many birthday parties of mine have been cancelled due to snow storms. Tomorrow is my birthday and it is the first time in a few years that we actually planned to do something very fun with a whole bunch of friends, and now there is a freaking snow storm AGAIN to ruin my birthday. The roller rink party cancellation in 4th grade was not a good day to be me
Ouch, I can't think of anything worse than to have to cancel a roller skating party.... I always wanted a roller skating party..(and the Barbie Dream House) but that's another post!!!
Any how, I feel your pain, I am a Jan 16th B-Day, and had to cancel due to snow.

I feel your pain. I was born on Dec. 26th. Everyone is poor, cranky and hungover. I think I would even take the snow.
Change your birthday now! I would pick June 10- much better weather

My b-day is February 8, and I have the same thing. As a kid, I can't tell you how many parties were cancelled. Sometimes we did a party in the summer just because of it. It's so frustrating!
