What about Tutor Time in East Rockaway? It's about 6 blocks from KA.....

So I took a walk and tried to calm down...thank for all the hugs!
I think I have to stop looking at this as a 'we have to leave NOW' situation and just realize that this is going to take time. Maybe in that time things will work out that we stay or maybe things will work out that we find an even better place. I guess I just need to stop and give it time. Otherwise I am going to make myself sick with this stress.
Lucas should be okay, right? They're not going to take this out on him...or try to kick him out because they don't like me, right?

I am sure they LOVE Lucas and there will be no backlash toward him. In the end, things will work out. It'll probably be better for you to take a step back for a bit as you said.

Ang, I am so sorry you are going through all of this. You don't deserve it. I understand how stressful, frustrating and upsetting this all is. Truthfully I don't understand the behaviour of the teachers or the director, but that said Lucas is ok. He is going to be fine there until something else comes along. You will find something!

have you tried calling the child care council? are you in suffolk or nassau? fm me details. i can see if my mom can help. she works at the nassau location.
