Definitely possible and usually a good sign. The more EWCM the better. The only time it could be a bad thing is if you have it for prolonged periods of time without actually ovulating. That could be a sign of PCOS.

I have but each month varies for me, the first month of TTC I saw tonnnnnnnnnnnnnns and the next several months very little. God I hate my cycle

Yes you can. I usually get a ton one day and then just a little next. Then I O in the next two days.
