Yes! We had breakfast at Blue Bay Diner yesterday and the same scene was happening right outside! Happened to my parents a couple of weeks ago.

Same thing happened by me around Halloween.
In fact, while trick-or-treating in Garden City, we couldn't even hear each other talk because the birds were squawking so loudly.
