 that's funny! 
that reminds me of a house DH and I went to see. not only was the seat of the toilet up, but their toilet bowl was GROSS!! 
if you KNOW people are coming to look at your house, why would you have a dirty toilet?

lol - I thought the BR pic was going to be dirty and gross, so glad to see that it was clean!  What a beautiful home though, even if someone did leave the seat up. I think that bathroom is the size of my Living Room!!

Yea, sometimes I go online and look at the houses I can't afford  and that one happen to be one of them

I wonder if the seat was up because someone just cleaned it. Sometimes when I come into work in the morning, all of the toilet seats are up in the bathroom because they were just cleaned.
I am being hopeful here.
