The kitchen seems to be a nice size, although I would rip up the carpeting. I have it now, and i'm not a fan of it. (we're renting, so I can't do anything with it.)

We had an area rug in the kitchen of our last apartment. On the one hand, it was nice to not have to mop, but I think had it been there longer it would have gotten pretty gross...

Is this house in Wantagh? My FH and I were on our way to a friends b-day party and they were having an open house. Its a nice house, way out of our price range though.
