How long have u been...
ttc? DH and I have just recently decided to let nature take its course and not be so "careful" (sorry if TMI)
I have been reading the posts to get some guidance and was just curious to know hwo long you ladies have been TTC? I know every one is different but we tried once and I can't help but feel excited, but I know it may not happen but it is so hard not to feel so hopeful!

That's what scares me, I hear some couples trying for months and mnths, it is so unfair. I know what's meant to b e will be but cmon cut us some slack!

It takes the average couple 6 months to a year to conceive. I'm on month 13 but we had an male factor IF issue that has since been repaired...so I kind of feel like I am starting over now.

9 months but we just found out about a male factor IF problem that we are about to seek help for. We have an appointment on March 6th. That is if we don't get Pg this month on our own.

one year...with an ectopic and miscarriage at 7 weeks during....we are doing IUI w/clomid...I've just started my 2ww this week...if we are unsuccessful, I will do one more month of clomid and then move on to injectables if that doesn't work....

14 months. We knew, however, that we would have male factor infertility. I started seeing a RE in Nov and had my first IUI this month.

don't be scared.....
The real take home message is that every couples experience is very different. Many get BFP's within 6 months, some go much faster, and others have to TTC longer because of IF issues.....
You really won't know where you are until you try.....
I'm in my mid-30's, and thought with my age, for sure it would take over a year.... but I got my BFP within 2 months (and only 1 month really charting /trying)....
Also, if you're just coming off of the pill, that may make TTC'ing for the first months confusing, becuase of irregular cycles

This is our 10th month TTC. I am in my mid 30's and started seeing a RE after 6 months for fertility treatments. Don't worry too much about TTC at this point. Most women get pg fairly quickly (less than 6 months) if they time BD properly using OPK/charting methods. GL!

Like the ladies said previously, more likely than not, couples get PG within the first 6 months of actively TTC.....
We are on cycle #3.
It'll happen, we are here to support one another through this journey.WELCOME.......
and we all hope that your stay on this board is a short one.

We've been treating with an RE for nine months. We knew when we started that we'd have problems though because I don't O on my own.

I went off the pill the end of the summer and we started not being careful by the fall...This is our 2nd month actively trying and our first month using the CBEFM. I'll find out next week if this is our month...
