Biden Running Again
I think its going to be Trump and Biden again or, if the Republicans nominate DeSantis, Trump will form his own party and run, basically splitting the Republican vote and ensuring a Biden win.

I’m jealous of people who would vote for Biden just bc they hate trump or desantis. I would like to know the secret as to how you are still able to put money into a savings account and maintain the life you had prior to Biden? Do you feel safe being out late at night? I guess you don’t live in an area that has migrants coming in. Must be nice to be able to live this life another 4 years. I don’t know what my family is going to do. Live off the government and become dependent on them like they want.

What i coudln't believe was this...
Public school gyms to house migrants
Could you imagine that was your child's school? They told parents at an elementary school in Brooklyn I believe that there would be no more gym classes for the rest of the year because of this. And that children wouldn't be allowed outside during recess until they could get "safety measures" in place. What? They are allowing unvetted people around children in elementary schools?
And by the way, on top of that, your child can no longer take gym class or go outside in a school that YOU pay taxes your whole life to support.
I'd like to hear from one person that would be ok with that for THEIR child.
Please enlighten me if you find this ok

I am interested to know what decisions Biden has made that has hurt you so bad financially?
I work hard and that is how I have been able to continue to keep saving and not live off the government.

Same. I am actually doing better. I go to work every day.
I also live in an area populated with "illegals" and I feel very safe around my neighborhood at night. I also feel safe to leave my house while one cleans it and felt safe to have them renovate two of my units last year when all the price gouging and ridiculousness was happening with "american, legal" contractors. The horror.

I probably won't vote but if someone put a gun to my head I would never vote for Trump.
I find it odd that all these people who hate illegals coming in and so patriotic, let what Trump did on 1/6 sly & turn a blind eye. That was the last straw for me. He is only pro-trump even if it means shitting all over anyone, anything or an entire country.

I want to add that if we are talking about the migrants being moved within the country - they are not "illegals" as they are within the US seeking asylum. They are in the country LEGALLY. Until Jan. 2023, the only avenue to seek asylum was to come to a port of entry and be in US soil. Title 42 is the reason that the camps were set up at our southern border.
Immigration is not bad for a developed nation. The migrants become part of the work force. They will pay taxes on income, on goods, on shelter, etc. The US needs migrant labor. Almost 50% of the tomatoes in the US come from FL. Without migrant labor to pick those crops - what do you think is going to happen to the price of tomatoes?
No one wants to work - lots of small employers are having trouble finding workers. Who do you think works these jobs? You all - used broadly - are okay when they are washing dishes in the restaurant or picking cucumbers or mowing your lawn or cleaning your hotel room.
As some migrants coming over and committing crimes and that is a concern but it's a small % of those coming across. There is also nothing wrong with migrants wanting to live where they work.
