WHOA! I just heard a rumor about Biden...
DH just told me that he's seen rumors on quite a few different sites that Biden is going to drop out on 10/5 and Clinton will step in! 
now obviously it is JUST a rumor, but wow.
thoughts?

This screams desperation by the Democrats.
I thought Biden was going to wipe the floor with Palin in the debates?
But I guess they have to shake things up knowing Obama's poll numbers are dropping fast in many key states.

I'm not sure, but maybe Obama is finally realizing that Hillary got 18 million votes, he did not win the nomination by a landslide AT ALL. and he should have picked her to begin with.

I don't think either Presidential candidates would switch VPS at such a late date. It would have to be extreme - and even then, I think they would lose for not vetting properly.
I wouldn't vote for a President that didn't vet a VP properly.

Wow, that's interesting.
My mom sat in on a speech by George Stephanopolous (sp?) at Hofstra recently. He said that he was told by a "very reliable source" that McCain really wanted Liberman but the party said no since it would turn off too many of their base. Maybe the same thing happened to Obama too?
