If anyone cares lol
We finally closed on a house yesterday. Hallelllfknnnlujah!!
We didn't tell a soul during the process. I told my mom we are going to dinner and i just pulled up to the house and she looked so confused, then started crying out of happiness. The search is over! Now I'm looking for investment properties and DH is telling me to chill out

Yep. Dh was only considering city/queens. I got him to be ok with Manhasset and floral park. Now we are in Westchester. We have deer and bunny rabbits on the front lawn. And for that alone I could care less about the house. I have my own zoo!! I couldn't stop squeeling yesterday during the walk thru. Luckily my agent knows I'm psycho

How is the NYC commute and local traffic? I can't stand lately how many cars are just everywhere in Nassau, even in the middle of the day taking my kids places.

I'm a 7 min walk to the train. 25-32 min to grand central. 10 min walk to the best movie theater, great food, 15 min drive to rye playland. 6 min drive to fairway, while foods and stew Leonards. Last night we made it from new house to my moms house in fresh meadows in 15 minutes without traffic. During rush hour it's no
More than 30. It gets congested in the Bronx for 2 exits.
