DH has a bilateral varicocele and his SA came back awful so on to surgery! Hoping it helps us because the Dr said no guarantee at this point plus he's already 38. Surgery is first week in June so we are stuck waiting 
So much of this process is waiting, so frustrating! I hope it all goes well and will be well worth the wait!
