How's everyone doing??
I am on a roller coaster...waiting on a consult with Dr. Stelling next week to talk about testing my frozen embryos and then the end of the month have a consult with Dr. Saketos to talk about the next steps. Still waiting to hear back from finance.

I am scheduled for my second hysteroscopy in May with a specialist my doctor recommended (first one was in August and everything looked good). After 4 transfers (one with two embryos) the first being ectopic and the rest all negative, we are feeling so discouraged. Everyone is stumped and we've used up all our insurance. I'm not sure where to go from here. I'm not sure where to start with immunology testing. We are in NJ with RMA and I know they don't do this type of testing. I have a pre-op with the specialist this Friday and am trying to think of as many questions as possible.

Love reading everyone's updates! Maybe we should do like a Monday check in to keep up with each other. Hoping you all have good cycles!

Lillies whats your update?
As for me I hope to be officially cycling again with my next period. Hoping for no cysts or lining issues. Always something to worry about...Feeling stressed and indifferent about getting started back up. I thought I would have started a couple of months ago but my loss lasted longer than expected.
I feel like the nice weather that pops up here and there is a tease. I want nice days!

Waiting to get my period so I can start my 1st iui cycle for my 2nd dc. I have cramps now so hopefully I get it before Friday otherwise mid-cycle runs right into our family vacation.

You can always get immune testing done with the few REs that do it here in NY. I know Braverman, Kofinas and SIRM can order the general tests like NK and DQ alpha and maybe you can just bring those results to your RE? I hope you get some reassurance from the specialist. It's so frustrating when all of these drs can't give us answers.

Good News I got my period yesterday, bad news my insurance denied an injectable iui cycle so I am waiting to hear back from Dr. Kreiner if I can start a clomid cycle tomorrow or if I have to wait to the next time I get my period.

you should be able to start on day 3 thats when they usually bring you in for sono/ BW for a clomid cycle.

Awe man, how well do you respond to clomid? im pretty sure you can start it by day 3 or 4 the latest but hopefully he gets back to you soon!!

Yes, I started a femara cycle. I didn't respond well in the past but my insurance won't approve injectibles until I try this first.

DH has a bilateral varicocele and his SA came back awful so on to surgery! Hoping it helps us because the Dr said no guarantee at this point plus he's already 38. Surgery is first week in June so we are stuck waiting
