Well, my younger one is three, so that really goes without saying. Chat Icon

My older one just turned five this month. She is getting on my last nerve with her singing. (I know, I know, I'm the Mother of the Year. Chat Icon) She turns every song into what sounds like an audition for a Broadway musical. A really drawn out, slow, overly dramatic, LOUD rendition of whatever it is. Yesterday was "ABC" over.and.over.again. The day before it was the days of the week song, which is ordinarily very peppy...no, not anymore.

And...

She's got a microphone. Chat Icon Chat Icon

Well, I hear him say 'ma, ma, ma, ma' until we acknowledge him. Just looking at him, he'll still say 'ma, ma, ma' until we say, "yes hunny?" The other day I told him I changed my name and he said, "What???" Made me laugh.

I swear DS cries and whines more at 4.5 years old then he did as an infant. It really is annoying.

DD just realized that is DS gets ANYTHING she HAS to get the exact same item or else she flips onto her belly and has a full fledged tantrum. Good times.

Last night DS wanted to sleep in his Halloween costume and had a melt down over that.

I can't really think of a really "annoying" thing Thomas does... He's either wonderfully sweet and lovable and funny and smart and endearing or a total terror. He's more often a total terror which I guess can be "annoying" but it's far worse than that!

DS - 14 months - only cute things - so adorable at this age.

DD - 4 years - hoarding, hoarding, hoarding...she collects stuff at the post office, supermarket, the street( acorns etc) and she hoards it in misc. areas around the house - its driving me NUTS...I think part of is because she is hiding it from her brother but still......

When Ryan poops he hops off the potty and inspects each nugget. So poop on the potty is easily a 20-minute ordeal. He'll squeeze, tell me to give him privacy, then I hear him hop off, then I hear "ooohhh, I big one" Chat Icon , repeat - 6-7 times.

This is very annoying and untimely when I'm trying to get to WORK. I need his poop schedule to coordinate better with the LIRR Chat Icon

I thnk we should get our kids together...my living room looks like it exploded...
She's been fighting her nap recently where she'll literally tell me she wants to go to sleep she'll be obiously tired and then go up to her crib and sing her rendition of "wiggle wiggle go" and "ashes ashes we all fall down" over and over again for 45 minutes until she realizes she's been there for 45 minutes and starts to scream her head off to get out..Chat Icon

The thing my DD is doing today to annoy me is NOT NAPPING Chat Icon

She hasn't slept all day. not that it matters cause she never really naps anymore but it would be nice since i have things to do around here.

She's only 7 months

She's 3.... 'nuff said.

The MOST annoying one? She has, just in the last two days, decided to start speaking in baby babbles...she babbles like a baby and points and whines.....

Re: We're always talking about the cute things our kids are doing. Can we discuss the ANNOYING things they're doing today?

My 3 year old and I were at the library and we read a book called "Too Purpley," about a little girl who doesnt want to wear any outfit because it's"

Too Stripey
Too Polkadotty
Too itchy
Too scratchy
Too matchy
Too fancy

So of course now I'm trying to get her dressed in the morning and I'm getting all these comments.

The 4 month old twins are easier than the 3 year old!
