What time is your 3 year olds bedtime?

If they don't nap, when do you start bedtime?
DD usually wakes up around 7 & hasn't napped since she was 2. She's so tired by dinner so I used to start bedtime around 6:45 & she'd be out around 7:15 (usually with a fight but still passes out)
Lately she's been a terror so I've been letting her stay up later but it doesn't seem to help.
Just wondering what time other 3 years olds that don't nap go to sleep.

Nap 8 but they usually chat in their beds for a while

We start the bedtime routine (pj's, brush teeth, stories) at 8:00 so DS is usually in bed, lights out, by 8:30-8:45 depending on how long the stories are. He's 4 now, but we've kept the same bedtime for a while now.

He doesn't nap and he's usually up by 7-7:30, sometimes earlier.

My DD, now 6, has been in bed every night at 8 since she was a few months old. She gave up naps at 3.5 yrs old.

ETA - We start pjs, bedtime routines and books around 7:30-7:40 so she's actually in bed at 8.

My DS only naps once in awhile now. Even when he doesn't nap, he doesn't fall asleep until 8:30-9:00. Bath is usually 7:45 or so, followed by 2 stories. He just doesn't get tired until 9:00 most nights, so I have given up trying to get him to bed any earlier. He is up for the day between 6:30-7:00.

He doesn't nap through the week. He goes to bed at 830.
He does nap on weekends. He goes to bed at 830.
He technically still needs his nap all the time. He looks forward to it and is a horror without it. But school and work interfere through the week. When he naps on weekend it is about 2 hours.
He is up by 8 during the week, because I wake him for the bus. On weekends, he will usually sleep til about 9.

7:30. She's 4 now but it's always been 7:30. Usually sleeping by 8. We wake about 6:30. She used to sleep later.

My ds is almost 3 and goes to bed at 9.

He wakes at 6 ish during the week and if we are lucky 7 on the weekends.

He generally still naps but if he doesn't he will usually only go to sleep at 8

In bed by 7 sleeping by 730/745 that's for my 4 yr old, 6 yr old and 15mos old ....and it's always been that bedtime since they were all babies

DS is 3- will be 4 in November. I usually start bedtime routine around 8. so after bath and a story or 2 its 8:30/8:45 that hes in bed. he usually falls asleep pretty quickly.
he usually wakes up between 7:30/8 for the day.

I still enforce a "nap"/quiet time every day from like 2- 3/3:15. I'm a SAHM mom and theres no way either of us would make it through the day without that down time!! HAHA he usually will fall asleep for like 40 minutes or so, depending on what we did that morning (the mornings he has preschool its almost guaranteed!)

DD is 3.5 - does not nap and gets up around 7:00-730am. She's in bed anywhere between 8-830pm

DD is 3 and she goes in bed at 7 and is usually asleep by 715. She wakes up in the morning between 7-8am.

She just turned 4 but her bedtime is still the same between 7:00-7:30 and she sleeps to 7:00. She hasn't napped since she was. 2.

No nap and he's in bed between between 730 and 8pm. He wakes between 630 - 730 am.

When he doesn't nap- 8.30 and that is still early for my Argentine relatives lol.

We go upstairs at 715 for bath/books/bed and he's asleep by 745ish. He wakes up at 630-7 and doesn't nap anymore.

7:30-8...if she naps we still put her to bed at the same time but it takes her longer to fall asleep, more like 8:30-8:45

9:30-10, with or without a nap. I was trying for 9-9:30 but our routine just doesn't seem to sync up to it.

Wow, I'm kind of surprised how late most of the bedtimes are!

Without a nap he's in bed by 7 and usually asleep no later than 7:15. Sometimes I put him down earlier, even as early as 6:30 and he goes right out.

With a nap he's in bed by 8. Though the napping days are really few and far between at this point.

ETA- I find that if my DS is being horrible it's actually because he's overtired and we put him to bed earlier. Maybe that's the case with your DD?
