1 1/2 year olds at christmas time

moms what are you getting them?

I already got a few small trucks for Jacen for christmas and i'm thinking about the Elmo restaurant for him, but i don't know.

I think i'm going to do a wishlist and put some books on there & dvds, but not sure what else.

what are you ladies getting for them?

My DD will be 15 months at Xmas but I'm not sure what to tell people to get her or what to get her myself. Her bday was just in Sept. and she got so much so I have no idea what else she could need. She has so many toys she doesn't really need more at this point. More than anything I would need clothes for her for the late winter/early spring but it's hard to say what size she will be in then. The best gift would be gift cards although boring for her to open. Chat Icon I will go online and see what I can find that she might like and add it to her Wish List.

DS will be almost 16 months. he's getting the Elmo kitchen from us, and maybe some stocking stuffers (since we actually have a fireplace!)

he's going to be spoiled by family and he still has about 50 presents from his birthday left over so we're not going crazy this year Chat Icon

Oh yeah. In our house, we only do one big present and one or two small presents. But my DH's family will go overboard on persents for ds (they always do) and they usually ask for a list before thanksgiving. Chat Icon

DEFINITELY! I know a ton of DD's "group" of kids her age on here got it last year for Christmas too at 1.5 years, and they all love them.

He'll love just opening the doors, stirring in pots, etc...and he'll grow into it even more.

I actually bought the Elmo Kitchen for my nephew for Christmas this year, he'll be 17 months.

I really think Jacen will love it! Chat Icon

Seamus will be 17 months

I got him a few small things when Target was having a clearance sale. Some Elmo cars, some superhero figures, Thomas the Train stuff

Also Toysrus had Buy 1 Get 1 Free last week on Little Tykes. So I got him the Train and Work Bench

My Mom will be getting him Elmo Live Encore. I want him to have the Fisher Price Race Track - he LOVES cars of any kind. Plus he just started with dinosaurs! Loves them ALL!!

Other than that, I definately need clothes, which I know he will get. Dh and I arent buying him too much because he will be getting so much from everyone else!!

Charlie has a kitchen now - she got it for her 1st b/day and she LOVES it...she definitely has room to grow into it as she can't reach all the shelves. But she really enjoys it (it's not an Elmo one).

The big gift is her kitchen. I also got her some Music related DVDs, books, a baby doll, the Leap Fridge Farm. and that's about it.

We went to Mommy and Me the other day though and the only thing she DIDN'T play with was the kitchen Chat Icon
