Etsy party deco related-where can I find .....
I was looking for some items for the girls 1st bday. invitations, favor tags, cupcake toppers etc.
Most of the stuff I found are jpegs that you print yourself-
Where can I find the circle cutouts to put the cupcake topper on?

u can buy a puncher and cardstock at michaels or acmoores and punch them out. they have scalloped shapes, regular..all sorts of shapes.

You should try AndreaP designs
You am send her images of stuff you like and she will duplicate it and she will make the toppers and tags for you.
I've used her several times and I'm always happy

Here is a link to a "paper punch" that is the right size for cupcakes. It works the same as a hole puncher for a loose leaf binder, just making much bigger circles.
