Am I doing something wrong? Etsy related
I have never purchased anything from etsy before but am interested in getting a few things for  . I've 'convo-ed' a couple of sellers and haven't heard back. Is this how you are supposed to communicate with the seller? Everything I need to order is custom so I have a couple of questions first. Am I doing something wrong? Am I just having bad luck with sellers?

Thats odd. I usually hear back within 24 hours at the most from everyone.
I dont think your doing it wrong? YOu usually get an email saying they wrote back and then in your convo's online there are responses.
