Please come in if you get drugged up to fly!
PLEASE tell me about what you take and how it is and if there are any side effects!! I'm thinking Valium. I've always had a little fear of flying, but as I'm getting older it's getting worse. Next Sunday I'm flying to Europe and I'm already feeling so much anxiety over it, I don't know if I can get on the plane. I know that it's the safest way to travel...and I've been reading all the fear of flying websites trying to calm myself down, but I think it's just time for drugs!!

I just take benadryl because it knocks me out. Don't worry, I know exactly how you feel. I hate flying and try to think about how many flights fly each day with no problems. Good luck and just keep thinking about the amazing trip you're going to have!

I get violent motion sickness. It happens in the air, in the car(when I am in the back seat), on trains and yes, even in the movies. I use Dramamine on planes and on car trips longer than 2 hours. As for the movies? I tend not to go very often and if I do, I sit in the back of the theater if I can. It is very debilitating and can ruin my day.

I take dramamine when i fly, knocks me out usually for the whole duration of the flight...if need be you could always go to the doctor and they can give you something stronger....my friend used a patch that went behind her ear..said it worked wonders

I don't take anything (LOVE to fly)
But you can take any kind of "PM" drug, or there's a certain mild muscle relaxer they give for the purpose or xanax. Tallk to your doc.

I am VERY motion sick. There is no way I can go on a plane without something.
After taking Dramamine for years, I switched to Bonine. So much better. No drowsiness. It's great!
