Heating bottle
Do you always heat the bottle or formula before you give it? I do during the day but that 3am feeding is brutal!

Heating bottle
I only heated the bottle if I was using the RTF formula. Once I switched to powder, I used room temp bottled water.
When DD was really young and only drinking 2-4 ounces I would buy the nursettes for the middle of the night feedings.

I make them with room temp water, and in the summer mix it with some cold water from the filter....my older DS actually perferred them a little cooler

I kept a little bowl in the bathroom upstairs and filled it with hot water from the tap and took the chill off that way. We had to use powdered formula so was always cold.

always, she wont take cold formula... and i leave it in even longer for bedtime and middle of the night because it puts her to sleep quicker

Same except it was alway room temperature. I didn't want to get DS used to something he may not be able to have all the time. Never heated bottles or wipes. He never missed either.

Always. My DS does so much better with a warm bottle. He doesn't wake for a night feeding anymore, but when he did I would just get up, take his bottle out of the fridge and stick it in the warmer for 4 mins then go change his diaper. As soon as I was done changing him the bottle was done and ready to go. It was perfect for us. I hesitated with a bottle Warmer for a while thinking it was a waste of money, but once I got it, it was the best thing I ever did.

We kept the bottle warmer upstairs.
Run down, grab bottle, put it in warmer - change her, and by then the bottle is warm....

It also helped her start pooping regularly. She was going maybe once a day before we started warming them.

I always did... Even for middle of the night feedings... Yes, a pita but I had no choice really bc dd was getting pumped breastmilk that was refrigerated.

When I hear them cry I run hot water and bottle in a mug first. Then I go get one and change and its done by then. Plop the other bottle in, change the other (DH does) and voila. Is not warm warm but the chill is off.
We have a mini fridge in our den off our bedroom and heat in the bathroom.
