heating the bottle
Sofia just wont eat it room temp..
does anyone else warm the milkie? if so how do you do it?

I had the bottle warmer, but you can just as easliy put the bottle in hot water for a few minutes.

I have a little pot that I keep next to the sink. A few minutes before he gets a bottle I take it out of the fridge and put it in hot water. It gets the chill out.

We get a bowl of warm water and set the bottle in it for a few minutes until it gets to the temperature we want.

I'm old school. I have an old Dunkin Donuts travel mug that I put hot water into and warm the bottle that way.

but I was told today that if you warm a bottle that is plastic in water it will release ingredients in the bottle?
ahhhhhhhh did anyone else know this?

dull bottles or ones marked without the 7 or whatever it is--is considered safe.
I think warm water is ok--microwaves are less desired--here is a article for anyone interested..
I dk until after I used dr browns but I used room tempwater--I do not heat at all.

My son takes room temp except I warm his last one. I put the water into a pyrex and microwave it for a few seconds. Then make the bottle w/ powdered formula.

We have a bottle warmer that we used for a while, then we got lazy- so now we just put it in a mug with hot water for a few.
