if you have 2 kids of the same sex (re gifts and toys)
my daughters are 33 months apart. i have enough toys i could donate to anyone! i dont need any more toys!
What do i do when their birthdays come around?
DD#1 turns 4 in august
DD#2 turns 1 in may
i really cant think of where i would put anything. not to mention that they really dont need anything.
What do you do?

My boys are 10.5 months apart,
DS #1 4 in September
DS #2 3 in July.
Right before Christmas we cleaned out all the baby toys & anything that they have not played with in months. We also out things in the basement & rotate.
After their birthdays I usually go through everything again & donate old toys or toys missing pieces

it was hard!!! We have plenty of toys and TONS of clothes so neither were really needed.
We created a wishlist on amazon for anyone who cared. Mostly asked for summer beach toys and books.
Those that we are close with who asked, we said gift cards. 
ds#1 turns 5 in june
ds#2 turned 1 in january

I'm having the same issue now - DS 1 is 3 1/4 and DS 2 will be 1 in a little less than 3 weeks.
Nobody has really asked me what they want either so I'm getting nervous.

We donated alot of their stuff. At their birthday they always want the new Barbie or Dora doll. We also asked for outside stuff, gift cards, american girl stuff(gc) so it can help with our costs when we go for tea.
Also craft supplies. We are always running out. So now after christmas we have enough construction paper to last a year but my kids are happy.

i have march and may boys 2 years apart
its insane the amt of toys they receive
i return what i could and hide some toys for a rainy day or re-gift
