I didn't start off with one but DD always jumped when I wiped her so we purchased one and I love it!! She seems so much better with it. Is it necessary - probably not but it is a nice to have.
exactly!!
And I did use my bottle warmer too!

Re: Wipe warmer?
I didn't get one bc everyone told me it was a waste but then DD would get startled at times when the wipes were really cold (I guess maybe from the ac?) I also kept thinking about having to use the wipes on her if she got a fever. I know that when I get a fever I can't stand anything cold touching my body. I went out and bought one. I love it! I have never had a problem with the wipes drying out. It's not much bigger than the regular wipe holder and the cord is tucked away. I would recommend one. I also disagree with those who said a bottle warmer is a waste. I use mine all the time. It's nice not having to give my DD a cold bottle from the fridge.

Re: Wipe warmer?
I agree...not necessary, but I really liked having it for my DDs. Lots of the things we get our kids aren't necessary, but just make their lives a bit nicer...so why not? And if you're out and a wipe isn't warm, the baby won't be upset all day...it will be over in a minute.
I say keep it.

Wipe warmer?
Felt the same way when I was pregnant ( what a waste), and was having this discussion with a friend from work. She said I "needed" one. Well wouldn't you know it, the next we she showed up with one for me. So I kept it. Wouldn't you know I love the silly thing. Fits on my changing table nicely, keeps the wipes warm, plug tucks away nicely. I change the little pad on the bottom every 3 months, and rinse/wet it every time I put new wipes in. Wipes are never brown or dry.
Would I go out of my way to get one - no. But since I have it, I'll keep it.
Also, DS is a little prince about the temp of his bottle, so yea, we had a warmer too. Didn't take up much space, quicker than the cup of warm water routine (especially since he started drinking 8oz), and peace of mind.

Re: Wipe warmer?
Never bothered with a wipe warmer. One less thing to keep in my house. As for a bottle warmer, I never bothered either. If I had to heat up milk, I used a cup of warm water.
