Fenugreek ?
If you took Fenugreek capsules and was BF, did you have to get approval from your doctor ?

I did not ask my doctor and have been taking them for months. Actually a nurse in the NICU recommended them to me.

No. They were recommended by an LC and ok'd by my ped, so I figured that was enough.

Im drinking Mothers Milk tea which has it and i never asked and it seems to work

i just bought fenugreek because i tried the mothers milk tea and almost gagged, sorry to those who drink it. i just could not stomach it, so im hoping the pill will help.
