Breastfeeding? Fenugreek from the start?
I had an amazing supply (5-6oz per boob per feeding/pumping session) with DD but an infection killed that and nothing brough it back. I have started leaking already at 23 weeks.
From the time i have the baby should i sipplment with Fenugreek to keep the supply up or is that just a waste and wait until my supply dips if it does?

I started drinking Mother's Milk tea the say after my c-section with the twins to try to bring my milk in quicker. Not really sure if it helped, but it didn't hurt, KWIM?

I personally would wait. I struggled with supply with ds (dc1) and with dd I had milk before I even left the hospital and suffered from over supply in the beginning. With dd I had a lot of milk and it came out super fast. I would wait and see what happens. Every child is different and if the new baby has a strong latch you may not need any help.
