Is there a similar ice cream shop like this on LI?
Those of you from Queens, do you remember Jahn's ice cream shop...I loved going to this place!!!! I really miss it!
Was wondering if there is a similar place that sells ice cream like this (old school feel to it) on Long Island?

I'm not familiar with the place you are talking about, but there is a place called Hildabrants ( not sure of spelling sorry) it is in Williston park on hillside avenue. It is an old fashioned ice cream parlor. It was actually on some food network show bc it still makes it's ice cream the old fashion way.

Five Pennies in RVC, Itgen's in Valley Stream. Itgen's is really old school.

Itgen's in Valley Stream! The ice cream there is excellent, and they have a little old school candy shop set up.
Make sure you bring cash if you go there-they don't take credit or debt cards.

I was going to make the same suggestion. But I also do not know they place you are speaking about. But the ice cream at Hildebrants is excellent.
