BRU- just our luck!!!
ok we went on sunday to babies to get a high chair and a play yard, pick them out and loaded in cart, dh said something about the high chair box really heavy, but though not much of it, went and paid for it and then went out and loaded it in van, when he put it in he noticed a hole in box made i comment and i told him to open it a little bigger and make sure everything was still in plastic and ok, needless to say he looked and andpulled out a bunch of paper and then more paper and said there was no high chair in the box at all it was all junk paper!!!! are you kidding me??!! i made him put it back in the cart and i took it back in and was soooo just shaking my head and told them, they could not believe it,in the end i got a chair in an unopen box and an extra 10% off the price of the chair, in the end i could not be mad, but wow so glad i did not get it home and find out, then i would have been really upset!!! but that is our luck!!! hope you all get a laugh! sorry so long!!!

Yup, similar thing happened to me.
For my shower someone shipped me a highchair. ok, fine I leave it in the closet until I needed it (when DD was 4 months old). When my DH goes to se it up, its missing half the parts!!!
I was so fuming mad, we went to BRU and told them and they just apologized. I had to order it onine, cause they didnt have it in store. no discount or nothing. They actually gave me a hard time for waiting so long!
Anyway, now I wont take any box thats taped up!!
