Dizziness
Nausous - Had and Gone Exhaustion - Had and Mostly Gone
Now dizziness?!!?!? Ugh! I woke up this morning and it started right away. I checked my "What to Expect" book and there it was - right on schedule. But ugh! This is a really crappy feeling. It's not like the room is spinning but more like just a general light headed feeling. Anyone else go thru this? Does it last long? Other than taking it easy, any tips on how to ease it? I'm 11wks 5 days today

Re: Dizziness
I was dizzy throughout my second trimester. It got so bad that I had to stop work at 22 weeks. Drink plenty of water and make sure that you eat little meals, snacking throughout the day. I always felt better after eating apples with peanut butter!!
I know it's difficult, especially if you have work...if you feel dizzy while standing, sit...if you feel dizzy while sitting, lay on your left side.
Feel better!!!

Re: Dizziness
I had it between my first and second trimesters, too. I thought I was hypoglycemic and tried to keep food by my bed for the morning, ate string cheese at night and upped my protein as much as I could. I thought it was a sure sign that I was going to have G.D., but it ended up going away around week 16 or so.
It's a stinky feeling... I hope you feel better!!
