Yes, it does happen during pregnancy - I get this a lot if I'm not drinking enough..
You might be dehydrated or your blood pressure might be elevated a bit. I would suggest that you DRINK some water and see if you feel any better.
If it gets bad/worse, you might want to call the doctor. Feel better!
