San Diego
DH and I are leading towards San Diego for a quick getaway this spring.
Any ideas on where to stay, what to do, etc?
Thanks!

Re: San Diego
I went a few years ago. Can't remember the name of the Hotel but I stayed right outside of the Seaport Village which was very nice and right near the zoo.

Re: San Diego
I would stay in the gaslamp district for easy access to everything.
things to do/see: coronado island zoo balboa park mission bay la jolla mt soledad
what are you guys looking to do? hot air balloon, surfing, hiking, golf
it's been a while since we lived there (I would recommend Tijuana, but I don't know what it's like at the touristy just over the border area anymore).
