Clothing Swap - Thursday March 31
Decided to start a new post for the new date. 
Thursday March 31
7:00 pm
My House in Smithtown (will send address by the night before)
Please post here if you can definitely make it. Also post what you are bringing to swap and what you need. If anyone wants to bring a snack or something post here too (not necessary to bring anything, only if you would like to).
How it works: bring all your kids clothes you no longer need. Bring whatever you can, how much or how little you have. We will organize it all by size. Once everyones clothes are there we start "shopping". Take whatever you want, but be nice and share with others who need the same size. (Whatever is left at the end will be donated... I have received FMs from some families in need.) If anyone wants to bring baby gear, toys, books thats fine too.

18 mos - most of my bag is this size
24 mos/2t - some
I think there are 2 bathing suits, 2 swimmy suits for the pool , a few pj's and sweaters
In need - mostly girls 4T, 5

I really don't think this is going to work. There needs to be a larger group with more of a variety.
The majority of us are looking for the same sizes in girls.
Ive gone to clothing swaps with a small amount of people all looking for the same sizes and someone always feels like they got the short end of the stick since there aren't enough clothes to go around.
I thought there were a TON of girls interested in this?

Yea looks like many of us are looking for the 4T-5T size in girls.
I wish it could be posted at the top. Or I know Darlings & Divas in Amityville said they would be willing to host it (& then it may get a bigger turnout??)
I'm shocked though that there isn't a bigger group interested.

I would be part of it...if I knew what I was having...cause if it is a boy...I have a TON of girl clothes, shoes, etc that I will need to get rid of
But I have to wait until the middle of May to find out

ME!!!!
I have tons of boys NB-6 months and girls 2T to 4T.
Need boys 9 months and up and girls size 6 and 7
Oh and I have TONS of shoes. Some barely used. My DD has a shoe feddish like me. Probably because I bought them all for her. LOL!!
