Clothing Swap! UPDATED 1/31
Thinking of holding a clothing swap at my house. Please post here if interested. I live in SMithtown (Suffolk county).
How it works: bring all your kids clothes you no longer need. Bring whatever you can, how much or how little you have. We will organize it all by size. Once everyones clothes are there we start "shopping". Take whatever you want. Whatever is left at the end will be donated.
We can also swap gently used toys and baby gear. Whatever you guys want to do.
UPDATE:
I have no free time in Feb.
Can anyone do March 3rd, or March 10th? At ~7pm in Smithtown?

Julie, is there a "rule" like if you bring 20 things, you get 20 things or is it take what you want?

Yes, I still want to do this! I haven't had a chance to pick a date yet. I was thinking early Feb.
You can bring whatever you want to get rid of, and take as many pieces as you want. If someone else needs the same gender/size just share and play nice =)
It is only going to work if we have at least 10 people and a variety of sizes.

I would probably do this. I'll know on Feb 7 whether we are having a boy or girl, so I'll know if I'll have lots of boy clothes to give away and if I need girl clothes.

Why don't we mention if we'd definitely be interested for early Feb. & what size/gender clothes we have.
I'd be in (particularly if it was a Wed/Thurs night)
I have girls clothes 3m-3t
Boys clothes 3m-18 months
I'd be looking mainly for girls
4t-5t
boys 24 months, 2t
