If this had all happened in the span of a month I would be all for your side. BUT you did not let her know for 6 montsh that you never got it...think about it...what store could you return something to after 6 months? I think she is right, sorry
but most stores can show proof they did send it out. Especially two times.
OP the woman is running a business but not business savvy. Ask for a refund or send her a curt reply and be done with it.
