If you live in a house, how did you shovel/remove snow? POLL
Just curious with all the snow we had... how did you remove it?

We were luck that one of neighbors help us out just a little with his snoowblower but we still shoveled most of it.

We used both a snowblower and a shovel. Our s/b is smallish & the snow had drifted pretty high so we had to take some "off the top" before we could use it...

We usually use a snowblower but it literally fell apart yesterday morning. 
So we hired a landscaper that was out doing some of our neighbors houses, otherwise DH and I would have had to shovel it all. We're on a corner lot so it's a lot of sidewalk.

I voted "other" - we have a quad with a plow attachment. Since I'm preggo, DH did it all himself.

welp , we have a home, we are not living there yet and can't get there bc our truck is stuck in coops parking lot. I hope we don't get a ticket for not shoveling

We use a snowblower, however the one we have is small for the size (length and width) of our driveway and all the snow we've been getting the last 2 years. My DH said next year we are going to hire someone so he doesn't have to worry about it in the mornings when he has to work. I'm not sure how that works getting someone here early so he can get to work, but we'll figure it out one of these days

we've become REALLY great friends with our next door neighbors and he plows during the snow storms so he plows our driveway for us

We mostly shoveled, and also used a power shovel when we could, but the snow was too deep for it most of the time.

dh shoveled a lot yesterday and sunday with a shovel. today we shoveled at my parents. dh and i used a shovel and my dad used an electric snow shovel.
next year we will be getting a snow blower.

I shoveled because DH was sick with 102 fever and couldn't get out of bed. I am so sore today! I definitely think it is time for a snowblower.
