Speaking of not washing your hair everyday
I have to wash it every day. It's very fine and is a mess if I don't do it.
I do know some ladies who get their hair blown out and then don't wash it all week.
I'm not a fan of this but I wonder how many do this?
I can understand thicker hair can be a pain to do everyday.

I have extremely thick hair and if I washed my hair everyday I'd go crazy. I wash it every other or every 2 days. Before I had japanese straightening, I'd iron my hair and leave it for about 4 days. No shame in my game.

My arms hurt from straightening let alone everyday. Have you looked into Japanese straightening. It's the BEST!!!

I have very thick hair - not oily, more on the dry side, so I can blow dry and iron it out and leave it that way for a week. I feel gross though, so I end up washing, usually, 2 times a week.

My long, thick and wavy hair gets washed twice a week. I can go as long as six days without washing.
If I wash it more than that it gets frizzy and also starts to get oilier faster, like my scalp is trying to compensate for the frequent shampooing.

I wash my hair twice a week. Blowdry each time and it stays for 4/5 days depending on the weather.

I have thick hair also... the only time i dont wash it is if i didnt put any products in it the day before (usually mondays because i never do my hair on sunday)... but i use conditioner every day...

My hair is SUPER curly, i use treatments once a month to make it more managable, if i washed my hair everyday, i would have NO hair. I wash it every 3 days, and if i spend $ to have it blown out i keep it for 4 days.
