What time of the day to use OPK
What time of the day do you use your OPK and why do you test at that time?

I do it 4 hours from FMU, so like 11ish. I do it at that time for two reasons. One, the directions said to do that. Two, I can typically hold out after FMU for 4 hours. I drink too much water during the day after that to hold it for so long.

I never got a  with my OPK and I used it with my FMU...my temp confirmed O.

I think it depends on the test you have. When I used the line ones they said no FMU and to hold for four hours. I had trouble with that. The digitals say you can use FMU so I found that much easier.

I heard 2pm (or close to this time is best) as it takes 4 hours or so from the time you wake up for the LH to show up in your urine.
I found testing 2x a day around the time you think you are Oing to work best.

Right after work, 5ish. Can't do it at work, and one month I used FMU and never got a . Besides I always have to pee right when I get home from work.
ETA: I get a every month I do it at 5 and have never held my pee for 4 hours. I usually last pee at around 3:30.
