My DH has always taken vitamins. But I've also noticed that he isn't drinking his nightly wine (or at least that much) on our BD nights.

Re: I know this has been asked before...
I talked my DH into taking a multi-vitamin. And he knows that he's "on-call" during parts of my cycle. But that's about it. There's not much for them to really "do" other than get themselves as healthy as possible, KWIM?

Re: I know this has been asked before...
We arent doing anything....Im not even using OPK or temping. I am letting other nature do the work and if it doent happen at some point we will re-evaluate the process. My doctor actually recommended doing it this way.

Re: I know this has been asked before...
Thank you all for your responses. I think I will have him start a multi-vitamin, to be healthy if nothing else.
Last night I must have left the page open on the computer that I was reading about this topic. So DH opens the computer and was like "Why the hell are you reading something called "strong sperm"?!

Putting a buffer between his laptop and his lap.. right now it's a puzzle box. That's about it.

Yes! I have heard about this! Maybe I'll pick up one of those lap boards they sell at barnes and noble.

Re: I know this has been asked before...
nothing really- he takes good care of himself already- vitamins, exercise, etc
but hmm now that you ladies mention it- he did buy a lap desk for his laptop at target recently- I guess he wants to make sure the boys can swim

Re: I know this has been asked before...
my dh started taking a muti-vitamin about 6 months ago, but that was just because he wanted to. i almost did something about the laptop since hes in all sorts of fantasy leagues and i feel like the computer is attached to him. but we got our BFP earlier this month so i guess the little guys weren't affected by the heat from the laptop.
