Vitamin B6 to Lengthen Luteal Phase
Has anyone done this? I tried this cycle because the past few months i've been getting AF up to 5 days early and i think it backfired on me....AF was due Friday, she's no where to be found and I keep getting BFNs!

I started doing it this cycle and we shall see.....I am only 5dpo today.

I tried this. The first cycle I took it I think it helped because I got pregnant. I miscarried though, and I don't think it has made much of a difference in the 2 cycles since then. My doctor is putting me on progesterone for this cycle bc my LP is ususally only around 6 days.
