closing costs/ fee etc...
does anyone have a breakdown of all closing costs/fees..
im pretty sure this has been posted before but i cant find it..

it's hard for anyone to have a "definitive list" I think.
usually it's banks attorney, your attorney, taxes, escrow, homeowners ins., title fees, addlt paper work etc.
we paid about 12 or 13 k at closing on a 295k home.
I had to send your sister a bunch of stuff so she could insure my home. if one of them is my closing info, I'd be more than happy to share it with you.
