I'm sorry
Have you tried preseed? BD'ing every other day? OPKs? Grapfruit juice? Robitussion? Mucinex? Maybe you could try one of these if you aren't already?

Do you want to share some info about your cycle length including if you know about when you have been ovulating (which CD) and how long your luteal phase is?
Also, have you been tracking anything like your CM, BBT, using OPK's, etc?

As I've told everyone before, unfortunatley my cycles range from 24-38 days. I have NO clue how long my LP is either : ( I'm on week 2 of OPK's.

Ok, so here's what I would do. As soon as AF ends, I would start testing with OPK's and also tracking your CM. From the cycle range you posted, I would say that your ovulation window is between CD8 and CD26. It's actually not likely to ovulate prior to CD10, but it can happen.
Have you been getting EWCM at all during your cycle? If you have, do you remember around what CDs you get it?
I would start noting every time you have CM and whether it's sticky (breaks apart easily if you try to stretch it between your fingers), creamy (looks like hand/body lotion), or EW (meaning you can easily stretch it between your fingers). You are most fertile when you have EWCM. However, some women never really get EWCM - the most they get is creamy or sticky. Since sperm have a very difficult time traveling in those types of CM, some women will take Robitussin (with NO letters after it) or Mucinex. The ONLY ingredient in both of these would be Guafenesin. You could take the Robitussin (2 tsp three times a day) or the Mucinex (one 600mg extended release tablet once a day) during the days you have sticky or creamy CM to help loosen it up and become more watery or egg-white ish, therefore making it more condusive to sperm.
The most important thing to focus on is trying to figure out when you are Oing. Because you can have all the sex you want, but if it's not around your ovulation time, it will just not result in a pregnancy.
The OPK's may help, but tracking your CM would be an added benefit.
Of course, you could also track your BBT (basal body temp - meaning your temp right when you wake up before you even get out of bed) - that will be the sure fire way of knowing when exactly you ovulated - however, you must BD before you see the confirmation of ovulation on your temp chart because by the time you see it on the chart, it's too late to try to get pregnant. But tracking CM along with your BBT is probably the best combo to TTC if you can manage it. Otherwise try tracking CM and using OPK's in conjunction.
Are you using one of the online free sites like FertilityFriend.com or MyMonthlyCycles.com? FF is a very informative site and you could track however much or however little you want.
GOOD LUCK!!!
