OPK ?
How many of you have used one in the past/are using one now?
I'm wondering if it's pointless to start using on at the beginning of a month and just keep using one until I get that smiley face. I am unsure of my cycle length due to irregular periods, so just don't want to miss it.
For those who wait until after AF, what CD do you start on? TIA

you should start on CD1 if you are using the digital it will count out around 6 days and then start asking you to test, I used the other ones and honestly didnt know what I was doing or looking at. I got the CBE digi and its my 2nd month using it so hopefully this time i get it right. Its also a good idea to chart I find it makes it easier too understand your own body
