NON TTC TOPIC....what's your nickname!?
What's everyones nicknames?
I ask b/c I love how some of you guys use Dev on here.....b/c that's what most people IRL call me. (although mostly the ones who call me that know me)
My Dad & Aunts call me ....ready for it....Devy Doodles!
So what's your nicknames??? Come onnnnnn, this board has been slooowwwww.
p.s. So when my future unborn child is cooking in my belly..he/she will be called "my little doodle" LOL (is it sad I think that! HA!  )

Just plain old Missy for me, but only a very specific group of people are allowed to call me that. It's weird - I hate it unless it comes from them...then I love it

A couple of my friends started calling me "Melly" and they are the only ones who are allowed to call me that.
I had someone who didn't know me very well just assume that I went by "Missy" and it drove me nuts! I'm not a fan of "Missy" for me at all!
Otherwise it's just "Meliss".

its different with everyone. some of my cousins call me Mich, my father calls me Shelly belly, DH calls me Mich or Sheldon which I hate!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont know where that came from   ..

My family has a few nicknames for me, I started out as "Squeak" then they changed me to "Squeeze" I am also "Peanut" and "Catrina".
I remember when I graduated high school, I went up to collect my diploma, as I'm walking onto the platform (all was quiet), my Dad yells out real loud "Yeah Squeeze!" Talk about feeling like a dork! One of my many embarrassing moments!
Most of my friends just call me cat - my BF affectionately calls me kitcat, hence the SN

Growing up my dad would never let anyone call me Missy, it always had to be Melissa. My mom called me Melly and when I got a little older my brother started calling me Mel. For years he was the only one who could get away with that. I hated it from anyone else. My brother died three years ago and since I've noticed alot more people are calling me Mel. DH, his friends etc. I find it comforting, it makes me think of him when I hear it.
