Rockville Center and Babylon are my favorite - Merrick and Bellmore have one
Massapequa Park's is L A M E ........I am SO disappointed in it - they really need to move some new businesses in there I only live across the preserve, and we dont' have one at all in Massapequa -
I don't think it's that bad. I just moved there - so maybe it's because I'm new.
It looks like they are re-doing the facade where Village Farms is though - that's a plus.
I think it's cute - hardware store, Yours to Treasure, ice cream, pizza, restaraunts, deli, florist - everything a little village should have.
It's not terrible, but I think it's disappointing - I think it's centered around the old people The restaraunts there are , there isn't much of a pub/bar or place to go and hang out/relax on a Saturday night/Sunday afternoon ........I think other towns have MUCH better villages - Farmingdale's Main St is great, Rockville Center, Garden City, Babylon ........

My personal favorites are Babylon, Sayville and Huntington. Smithtown has a Main Street with a lot on it too. I live in Lindenhurst...it's definitely old, outdated and lacking compared to most others.
