How do you count your luteal phase?
I would appreciate some help (just trying to get it all straight). Do you count the day you ovulate as day 1 when counting your luteal phase or the day after you ovulate as day 1? If I'm totally off you can tell me!

You start the day after you ovulate until your first day of your period.

This is a good question. How do you determine when you officially o though? I mean i know the OPK are really only to give you a basis that it is gonna happen 24-36 hrs. so does that mean you add a day or two to cover your self?
