SA insurance
DH and I have 2 different insurance plans. Which insurance would cover it?

Whoever is the primary goes first & then usually the seconday will pick up the difference....

DH and I have 2 insurances also. The SA should be billed through his insurance. If he has your's as a secondary then your insurance can be billed after his insurance pays out.
